Spring Self-Renewal Weekend: For Helpers and Healers

This weekend is for any and all in the helping and healing fields. This includes though is not limited to: mental health practitioners and professionals, physical therapists, nurses, medical health professionals, teachers, social workers, case managers, veterinarians, health coaches, midwives and doulas.

This is a weekend is self-care to the max. Tailored self-care for those in the helping and healing fields, you’ll have days full of experiencing self-care through movement, meditation, creativity and activities to replenish and restore.  

There will be yoga, body work, moving mindfulness practices, meditations and other experiential opportunities throughout the day.

We’ll be warm and cozy in the Fireplace Room. Looking over the grounds, 3 sides of the space have lovely views of nature.

Summer Self-Renewal In Nature: Mindfulness Weekend

June 7-9, 2019 on the St Croix River
William O’Brien State Park, MN

This is a 3 day experience where we can take full advantage of being away from the day-to-day. While exploring nature, we’ll explore ways to engage in the kind of self-care and self-renewal that can last. We’ll also learn how the natural flows of nature keep us well and can guide our personal self-discovery and healing.
Oh… and we’re for sure going to have some fun!!! (Woot woot!)
