Mindfulness is the practice of witnessing your experience as it is in the moment.

This is where my personal healing journey began. It had to! It couldn’t have been any other way.

I had to learn to get still with my self before I could start to heal. Actually, I didn’t even know I had healing work to do! I was so caught up in the auto-pilot, over busy, over stressed, compete and compare lifestyle that I was blind.

I learned to recognize my thoughts (many of them were based in fear and were down right cruel to myself), understand my emotions as purposeful, and connect with a deep natural knowing that was loving and wise.

Mindfulness taught me what well-being actually looks and feels like, the art of being aware. This was essential to awakening to healing, miracles and abundance.

Mindfulness is simply being with what is right now – your thoughts, emotions, body sensations. This becomes the gateway to the healing process. All just by witnessing your experience in the here
and now! 

This is where it all began for me, and continues to be my “home.”

Mindfulness is my foundation and I come back to the practices daily.
